777xp Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1General Terms

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 777xp, including sports betting, PSL betting, casino games, jackpot slots, poker, esports betting, and any other product made available on the platform. They apply to all users regardless of how they access 777xp — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other method.

777xp reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, including available products, payment methods, or odds markets. Where changes are material and affect your rights as a player, 777xp will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users before those changes take effect.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between any translation and the English version, the English text shall prevail. The Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 777xp operates.

2Account Registration

To use 777xp's betting and gaming products, you must register a player account. You may only open one account per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method. 777xp uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts and will close any additional accounts found belonging to the same individual.

When registering at 777xp, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 777xp.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order that covers 777xp or platforms of its type.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.
• You must notify 777xp immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

777xp reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform, which remains at 777xp's discretion.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

777xp is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its commitment to security and fraud prevention. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer, or KYC. Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed from a 777xp account.

To complete KYC at 777xp, you will be asked to provide a copy of a valid Pakistani government-issued identity document — your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport. You may also be asked to provide proof of your payment method, such as a screenshot showing your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet number matching the one used for deposits.

• KYC documents must be clear, complete, and in date. Expired documents will not be accepted.
• 777xp will process submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe, typically within a few hours during business hours.
• Once verified, your account status is confirmed and subsequent withdrawals will process automatically without repeat KYC checks, unless 777xp has reason to re-verify.
• 777xp may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 777xp are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). 777xp does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Minimum deposit is Rs 500 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay; Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfers and Visa or Mastercard payments.

Deposits via mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are credited to your 777xp balance instantly upon confirmation from the wallet provider. IBFT deposits are credited once the interbank transfer clears, which may take up to six banking hours. Card deposits are typically instant.

Withdrawals from verified 777xp accounts to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are processed in approximately 15 minutes, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals follow a similar timeline. IBFT withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests received before 4:00 PM PKT on working days. Card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your issuing bank.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has been used for deposits, up to the amount deposited through that method (same-source rule), except where specifically agreed otherwise by 777xp support.
• 777xp may delay or decline a withdrawal pending completion of KYC or a fraud review. Any delay will be communicated to the account holder.
• 777xp is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient payment provider after funds have been dispatched from the platform.
• Funds deposited into a 777xp account but not used within 12 months of inactivity may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee. Notice will be provided before any fee is applied.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed at 777xp are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the help section of the platform. In the event of any conflict, the sport-specific rules take precedence over the general betting rules.

A bet is confirmed only once you have received a bet confirmation reference number. Until that reference is displayed, the bet should be treated as not placed. 777xp is not liable for bets that were not successfully submitted due to connection failures, timeouts, or other technical issues on the user's end.

• Minimum single bet stake: Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and event.
• Bets placed on markets where a manifest error in odds has occurred may be voided by 777xp. A manifest error is one where the published odds were clearly incorrect compared to the true market price at the time of placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability of live data. 777xp reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event.
• Bets will be settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. 777xp does not consider unofficial sources, social media claims, or TV presentations when settling markets.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled in line with the applicable event rules published on the platform.

6Cricket & PSL Betting Rules

Cricket betting at 777xp, including all PSL markets, is subject to the general betting rules above and the following specific conditions. These rules apply to all match formats covered on the platform — T20, ODI, and Test cricket, including the Pakistan Super League.

• Minimum overs rule: For a limited-overs match result to stand, a minimum number of overs must have been bowled as specified in the event rules for each competition. For most T20 matches including PSL fixtures, this is typically five overs per side. If a match does not reach the minimum threshold, match winner bets are voided.
• Rain/abandonment: If a PSL match or other cricket match is abandoned without a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result, match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Markets already settled before the abandonment stand.
• Reduced overs: If a match is reduced in overs by weather or other circumstances but produces an official result via DLS, all match winner bets stand.
• Player-specific markets: If a player named in a market does not take part in the match (e.g., top batsman markets), the relevant selection is voided and stakes refunded or redistributed per the published rules.
• In-play PSL betting: Ball-by-ball markets at 777xp are offered on best-effort basis. In the event of live data feed interruption, affected in-play markets will be suspended. Bets placed immediately before a wicket or boundary may be voided if they were not processed before the event occurred — this is determined by the server timestamp of the bet, not the client device timestamp.

777xp reserves the right to void any cricket or PSL bet where match-fixing, corruption, or irregular play is confirmed by the relevant cricket authority. In such cases, affected bets are voided and stakes returned regardless of how they were originally settled.

7Bonuses and Promotions

777xp offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. Every bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions that are published alongside the offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding those conditions before claiming any bonus.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement (playthrough) has been met in full.
• Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes. Any account that 777xp determines is using bonuses primarily for arbitrage or guaranteed-profit strategies may have its bonus privileges removed.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• 777xp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where possible.
• Where a promotion requires a promotional code, the code must be entered at the time of the qualifying deposit or bet. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Bonus expiry dates are specified for each offer. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account once the expiry date passes.

8Responsible Gaming

777xp is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players stay in control of their gambling activity. These tools are available directly from your 777xp account settings.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session length after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net position during the current session.
• Cool-off period: Request a temporary break from betting for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from 777xp. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and is not reversible for the duration of the chosen period.

9Account Suspension and Closure

777xp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reason to believe that these Terms have been breached. The following are examples of behaviour that may lead to account action — this list is not exhaustive:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions, including structured play designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Collusion with other players to exploit odds or outcomes.
• Threatening, abusive, or offensive behaviour towards 777xp staff or other players.
• Failure to provide KYC documents within a reasonable time of being requested.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 777xp will attempt to communicate with the account holder and resolve the matter promptly. Where permanent closure is warranted and no breach of these Terms is established, any genuine balance in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 777xp platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, odds data, software, and the overall design and layout, is the intellectual property of 777xp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from 777xp without prior written permission. You may not use 777xp's name, logo, or branding in any way that suggests an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Personal, non-commercial use of the platform for the purpose of placing bets and accessing your account is permitted within the bounds of these Terms.

11Limitation of Liability

777xp provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain reliable and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or that information (including odds) will always be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the genuine balance held in that player's account at the time the liability arises. 777xp is not liable for:

• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances outside our control.
• Losses resulting from the player's own errors, including incorrectly placed bets or failure to read betting rules.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss of any nature.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, etc.) once funds have been dispatched by 777xp.

12Privacy

777xp's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering at 777xp, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

13Amendments to These Terms

777xp may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — 777xp will provide notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Notice will be provided via email to your registered address, a notification within the 777xp platform, or both.

For minor, clarificatory, or technical updates that do not materially affect player rights, changes may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

If you disagree with any change to these Terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any genuine balance before the change takes effect. Continued use of 777xp after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xp operates. By using the platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

Before initiating any formal dispute, 777xp encourages players to contact the support team at support@777xp.online in the first instance. The majority of account and betting queries are resolved quickly through direct communication without the need for formal proceedings.

777xp's records — including bet logs, transaction records, and communication records — shall be treated as conclusive evidence in any dispute, except in cases of demonstrable technical error confirmed by 777xp's technical team.
